Sapphire blades, not steel
Recipient channels are opened with single-crystal sapphire blades. Their smooth, ultra-sharp edges create clean incisions that close neatly, which can support faster, more comfortable healing.
Follicular Unit Extraction with sapphire blades. Grafts are extracted one by one and placed through fine channels opened with sapphire blades — a refined approach to building dense, natural-looking coverage with our award-winning surgical team in Istanbul.
Surgeon-founded clinic, all-inclusive packages and full aftercare for international patients.

Every Sapphire FUE is planned and led by a hair restoration surgeon.
Sapphire FUE is a refinement of follicular unit extraction. The difference is in the blade that opens the recipient site — and what that precision makes possible.
Recipient channels are opened with single-crystal sapphire blades. Their smooth, ultra-sharp edges create clean incisions that close neatly, which can support faster, more comfortable healing.
Narrower channels let the surgical team place grafts closer together at controlled angles and depth — a key factor in building density that follows your natural growth pattern.
Tighter incisions reduce tissue trauma between grafts, so the transplanted area can look fuller without an over-harvested donor zone. The aim is a hairline that reads as your own.

Sapphire FUE opens channels before grafts are placed; DHI implants grafts directly with a Choi pen. Both can deliver natural results — the right choice depends on your case, and your surgeon will recommend the most suitable option.

A clear path from your first online consultation through operation day to full aftercare. Most patients spend around three days in Istanbul.
Preparation
It starts with a free online consultation. You share photos; our surgeons assess your donor area, hair-loss pattern and goals, then recommend a graft count and hairline design tailored to your face.
Operation day
After a pre-op check and hairline design with your surgeon, grafts are extracted individually. Sapphire blades open the fine channels, then each follicle is placed by angle and direction. Local anesthesia is used, with needle-free options available.
Recovery
You receive a first wash, an aftercare kit and clear instructions before flying home, plus 7/24 support. Transplanted hair sheds in the early weeks and regrows gradually, with results developing over roughly 12 months.
